As a major teaching institution, NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is affiliated with the Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University. The hospital maintains accredited residency programs in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, as well as accredited fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease, Gastroenterology, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Infectious Disease, Nephrology and Pulmonary Disease/Critical Care Medicine. The hospital also maintains separately accredited residency programs in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery, Dental & Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology. The Office of Graduate Medical Education coordinates all institutional medical education activities

Program Coordinator - Graduate Medical Education

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Bring your valuable talents to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens and play a key role in supporting our Graduate Medical Education department. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the GME Office, reporting to the DIO/Director of Graduate Medical Education (GME) and Program Manager of GME. You will be immersed in a tight-knit culture that inspires you to perform at your best every day. And through your work, you'll help maintain an environment that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence. Bring your exceptional interpersonal skills and your meticulous attention to detail to this dynamic role that will provide an educational environment that enhances the ethical, professional and personal development of its graduate staff.

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in MedHub and other ACGME web-based systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheets, Canva, and database management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
