Organization:
SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-BayServes as the liaison between Sutter Health and appropriate community collaboratives for the designated operating unit. Facilitates all initiatives to address community health needs as identified in the Community Needs Assessment. Manages a portfolio of community initiatives and interfaces with community leaders on a regular basis.
Key to this position will be a self-directed professional who can work autonomously and can creates meaningful community benefit program investments.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, proficient organizational skills and analytical thinker.
Ability to rapidly assimilate and synthesize information and thrive in an evolving environment.
Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive and accurate technical documents.
Demonstrated ability to work with financial reports, track financial data and evaluate metrics.
Knowledge of public policy, the political process, government and community affairs and event coordination. A significant understanding of community-based organizations would be an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Pay Range is $90,147.20 to $135,200.00 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
