The Coordinator, Global Partnerships Success will be a valued member of the Global Partnerships team. The ideal candidate is agile, creative, highly organized, and eager to work hard in a fast-paced professional sports environment. This role requires a team player who thrives on problem-solving, managing competing priorities, and supporting the Global Partnerships success team on partnership activation.

In addition to traditional executive support responsibilities, this position will assist with game day operations, cross-departmental duties and projects making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a sports organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to Executives across Global Partnerships team including managing complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings while coordinating across multiple departments
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions including drafting meeting summaries
  • Assist with operational project management, cross-departmental initiatives
  • Assist with coordination between departments to ensure seamless execution of partnership, ticketing, and organizational initiatives during events
  • Assist in administrative areas as needed including procurement functions for office supplies and events and invoice processing
  • Maintain detailed planning records, using CRM/Sales Force and KORE for partnership deals and department digital filing and organization
  • Prepare welcome materials and briefing reports for key clients and potential new partners

Operations & Project Support

  • Conduct market relevant research using internet tools and internal resources to support Global Partnerships team
  • Provide conference room scheduling and oversight for client meetings and events
  • Maintain records of partner relationships at all levels from day-to-day contacts to executive decision makers through regular touchpoints, including but not limited to, email communication, weekly status calls; hospitality and events; pre-season planning, and post-season recap meeting
  • Liaison with internal departments including community, digital, premium, legal and finance to identify and execute marketing programs for key sponsors throughout the year
  • Prepare and communicate timelines, artwork, creative specifications, and implementation deadlines
  • Coordinate and see through pre-game requests including batting practice visits, tours, first pitches, game day script writing, in-game giveaways, signage, proof of performance photos, and events
  • Gather and maintain proof of performance of sponsorship assets to summarize success of sponsorship, deliver year-end recaps and assist with renewals
  • VIP escorts, tours and preparation for sensitive areas within the Stadium
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience or internships in partnership marketing in sports and entertainment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and working knowledge of Canva for presentations and visual materials

  • Customer service mindset, strong critical thinker with a proactive and positive approach to supporting leadership and team members.
  • Bilingual Japanese or Spanish a strong plus.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
