Key Responsibilities:
1. Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all accounting aspects are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform trial balance scrutiny and validate movement at different levels across P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
• Prepare and present the P&L Statement to the Local Management Team on a monthly basis.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements on the Hyperion Financial System.
2. Business Coordination & Unit Count Reconciliation
• Work closely with the Business Development and Legal Teams to reconcile Unit Counts.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reconciled data to the Local Management Team and Global External Reporting Team.
3. Financial Analysis & Variance Reporting
• Conduct detailed Balance Sheet Variance Analysis (Roll Forward) and submit findings on the Hyperion Financial System.
• Prepare and submit P&L Variance Analysis (Management Deck & Analysis), ensuring detailed insights into financial performance.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve financial reporting accuracy.
4. Compliance & Global Reporting
• Prepare and coordinate the Representation Letter with multiple markets for submission to the Global External Reporting Team.
• Compile and submit the Controller Deck, ensuring alignment with corporate financial reporting standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s+ master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and variance analysis.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Hyperion Financial System.
• Expertise in financial statement preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling tools.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
