Job Title: Coordinator Field Activations
Reporting to: Manager Performance Marketing
Division – eCommerce
Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
Coordinating, and executing both on-ground (trade) and digital marketing activations that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and transactions for the e-commerce platform. The role bridges trade marketing and digital marketing by ensuring seamless execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across physical touchpoints and digital channels.
Main Job Functions:
Trade & On-ground Activations
Plan and execute on-ground, trade, and field activations including merchant activations, roadshows, launches, and mass events.
Ensure strong e-commerce brand visibility at physical activation touchpoints.
Coordinate the trade marketing team, third-party agencies, commercial, logistics, vendors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
Monitor execution quality and report on activation effectiveness.
Track competitor activities and provide insights.
Track activation spends against approved budgets.
Manage marketing collateral to ensure consistent brand presence/ representation.
Digital Activations & Campaign Execution
Coordinate digital activations across social media platforms
Support digital GTM execution for promotions.
Work with creative agencies and internal teams on assets and messaging.
Digitally amplify on-ground activations through live and post-event content.
Content & Community Support
Support creation and scheduling digital content.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Support online community engagement during campaigns.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Track and report on performance of trade and digital activations.
Deliver post-activation reports with insights and recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Regional teams, and agencies.
Share market and digital feedback to improve planning.
Eco System play i.e. collaborate with the wider Eco System to execute on joint campaigns/ activations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Professional Certifications in Marketing are added advantage
Experience:
2–3 years’ experience in trade marketing, digital marketing, or brand activations.
Experience in e-commerce, telecoms, fintech, or FMCG is an advantage.
