
Co-ordinator Examinations
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for overall coordination with respect to smooth execution of the examination activities within the timelines.
S/he will be assisting the COE and Assistant Registrar with respect to examination work.
S/he will be responsible for:
1) Ensuring all the examination pre-requisites in the system
2)Ensuring printing of Barcodes, Attendance Sheets, Grade sheets
3) Ensuring the correct acknowledgement of Answer books
4)Verification of marks entry with the answer books and Internal Mark lists
5) Generating Result Analysis and verifying the same before presenting it to the HOD
6) Maintenance of result status and records of the required data in Exam.
7) Work given by the reporting authority from time to time
