The Enterprise OSP Engineering Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and coordinating Enterprise OSP engineering activities at Ezee Fiber. This role supports the planning, tracking, documentation, and execution of fiber engineering work associated with enterprise customer projects. The coordinator works closely with Enterprise OSP Engineering leadership, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional partners to maintain project visibility, support timely execution, and ensure accurate communication and documentation. This individual should be team- and goal-oriented, capable of self-direction, and able to work under minimal supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
Education & Experience Requirements: Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in telecom permitting, Enterprise or OSP engineering coordination, fiber deployment, or infrastructure project management.
Valid Driver's License

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required daily to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for significant periods. The associate must frequently access, input, and retrieve information from computers and other office systems. Occasional movement around the office and attendance at events or meetings may be required.
Minimal travel may be required for this position (up to 5% domestically)
