This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an unpaid lunch period from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Additional flexibility may occasionally be required to support department events, meetings, or organizational priorities.
WhatYou’llDo
The Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and project support to the Executive Vice President and affiliated department teams supporting Enterprise & Procurement Services and Student Housing programming. This position plays a key role in coordinating activities, maintaining departmental records and workflows, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically fluent, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President and department leadership supporting Enterprise & Procurement Services and Student Housing initiatives. Tasks include: scheduling and planning of virtual and/or in-person department meetings and events, maintaining data entry in Salesforce, and maintaining departmental records
Support administrative workflows related to department contracts
Build and maintain professional relationships with district partners and external stakeholders to support departmental goals and initiatives
Attributes for Success
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/database systems preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other collaborative technologies
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$26.00 - $27.00
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
