At Ervin Cable Construction, LLC, as a Drafting Designing Coordinator, you'll assist in creating and modifying telecommunications and permit drawings, ensuring designs meet customer specifications. What you’ll do

• Create or modify telecommunications and permit drawings
• Design small extensions and small system redesigns, in accordance with customer design specifications
• Produce high-quality drafts using AutoCAD or other specified software for mapping data and design
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that drafting and design work aligns with overall project goals
• Provide necessary information to the team on a timely basis, including strand maps, drafted design maps, and BOM's or digital files
• Maintain high production levels to meet & exceed client expectations
• Learn new software and adapt to new technology as needed
• Meet project deadlines and successfully complete tasks under tight timelines
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or up to two years of Telecom Outside Plant (OSP) Design/Engineering Experience is required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
• Coursework or internship experience in design and drafting is preferred

• Routinely Work alone in remote locations, use keyboard and mouse
