As an integral part of Ocean Conservancy’s Resource Development department, the Development Operations Coordinator supports the Development Operations team and other Development sub teams as assigned. They support strategic collaboration and help to ensure streamlined functionality across the department. They perform a variety of duties to ensure a good experience for Ocean Conservancy’s donors and prospects. The Development Operations Coordinator exercises good initiative, independent thinking and judgment, and high attention to detail. The Development Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Development Operations and supports the entire Development department.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $48,059 annually. Final compensation offers will be determined at the end of the recruitment process based on factors such as the candidate’s location, qualifications, background, experience, and internal pay equity considerations. To ensure alignment, candidates are encouraged to share their salary expectations early. This allows for meaningful discussions about compensation and helps ensure alignment and equity before a final offer.
