Job Title Coordinator, Customer Service


This position manages automation and technology projects and new development opportunities. This role serves as a subject matter expert for applications deployed to the field. This position provides system maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing applications and coordinates prototyping of new technologies and how they apply to the field. The incumbent coordinates the testing life cycle (i.e., UAT, ALPHA, BETA) and approves release of application to the field. This role gathers business requirements, initiates feasibility studies, and maintains data for the project's life cycle. This position supervises staff within the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides system resolutions to end users to prevent negative system impacts.
  • Confers with requestors and Information Systems Management (ISM) to ensure project scope is clearly defined.
  • Reviews project requirements with the management team to receive approval to proceed.
  • Prioritizes and describes projects to meet operations and customer needs.
  • Determines relevant project benefits to justify funding requests.
  • Conducts meetings with the project team to discuss accomplishments and challenges.
  • Serves as liaison between software engineers and software users.

Job Requirements:

  • U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S
  • Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself
  • Have experience with project management
  • Have intermediate to strong knowledge of SharePoint functionality
  • Proficient with advanced Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Business Management, Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of project deployment or project life cycle experience or Minimum 5 years Industrial Engineering (IE) experience preferred
  • Willing to travel, if needed
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with data mining and data analysis (including benefit and ROI calculations) preferred
  • Experience with VBA preferred
  • Deployment experience preferred
