This open position shall be on a permanent contract basis.
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
Graduates with minimum of 3 years of experience
A Certification in the related customer field would be an added advantage.
Communication skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making would be value added benefit.
Intermediate to advanced level skill in MS Excel, Word & MS Access
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
