We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with English to join our Customer Operations Water Solutions West Team
The position is based in Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk, Poland. Kemira's Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk is a multifunctional hub supporting customer service, procurement, finance, administration, and IT operations. The center fosters a dynamic, multicultural environment built on openness, cooperation, and strong internal partnerships.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing
• contacting customers via different communication channels
• ensuring the deliveries and customer requirements are properly dealt with
• handling complaints and resolving issues
• cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
• ensuring that the process is followed according to internal policies and targets.

What you will bring to the team:

• fluent level of English language
• logistics background and experience in customs formalities would be an asset
• SAP knowledge
• at least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service
• good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
• very good communication and interpersonal skills
• maintaining good team spirit & cooperation.
