Job Description

Responsible for ensuring correct bills are issued and customers invoiced are timeously sent. Good knowledge of HLAG products and ensuring customer requirements are met.

  • Attend to counter case management queries

  • Export Release instruction from FIS

  • Export Readiness check such as: Handle customs Clearance and Loading confirmation

  • Daily export readiness for vessel loading to be advises to QSC Ops

  • Liaise with Operations for confirmation of Loaded containers for Daily Huddle

  • Attend to all customer queries.

  • Computer literacy / Excel competency /Power Point

  • Preferably knowledge of the Documentation module in FIS

  • Email ethics

  • Team player with a proactive attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure, goal and deadline driven

  • Able to use initiative and work with minimal supervision

  • Attention to detail

  • Well organized with excellent administrative and communication skills

  • Good interpersonal/communication/supervisory skills

  • Creative problem resolution

  • Sound command of the English language

  • Focused and Driven individual.
