Job Title: Coordinator

Type of Employment: Permanent

Department: Coordination

Job Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the test requisition and samples are complete and adequate as per SOP / methods / client’s requirements, before the samples are sent to the laboratory for testing.
• Coordinating with other members of the staff of the laboratory for matter related to tests.
• Answering enquiries from Customer on test, status, standard, procedures, results and charges.
• Assisting KAM (Key Account Management) team in job status, acknowledgement, price & customer invoice areas.
• Monitoring the progress of the tests and liaise with the Laboratory Supervisors to ensure that the tests are completed within the stipulated time.
• Ensuring that the test reports are packed with all the necessary enclosures.
• Maintaining all communications received from the buyers in order.
• Receiving and recording of all complaints
• Attending customer’s meeting on technical subjects when required.
• Ensuring all weekly / monthly / yearly summary reports are prepared on time.
• Ensuring good house-keeping.

Required Skills:

· Soft Skills: Organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, patience, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Proficiency in problem-solving, patience, proactive approach, and multitasking abilities.

· Technical Skills: Awareness Of ISO 17025, Training certificate of textile & analytical testing, Basic knowledge on dying/finishing/weaving/garment making.

Educational Requirements:

Minimum Graduate (B.Sc. / BA / BBA / BSS). Preferably in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years in textile testing or textile/garment manufacturing related field would be preferable

Other Job Requirements:

· Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Bangla

· Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
