Operations & Asset Management
Oversee coordination, operation, and maintenance of control systems and OT infrastructure
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate routine and breakdown maintenance
Implement changes and upgrades to the control and telemetry systems
Participate in on-call roster with site attendance as required
Develop asset management strategies and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets
Leadership & Strategic Planning
Lead and mentor technical staff and direct reports
Drive digital transformation and system modernisation initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and system integrators
Develop OT infrastructure standards and best practice
Provide technical guidance on control system architecture
Security & Compliance
Coordinate OT infrastructure security and cybersecurity compliance
Manage system resilience, redundancy, and disaster recovery
Ensure adherence to OH&S, environmental, and quality requirements
