About the Youth Program


The Youth Program at Quest Alliance supports learners aged 16 to 24 in
Industrial Training Institutes, Vocational Training Institutes, and
Polytechnics. It focuses on digital literacy, career development, workplace
readiness, and fostering self-learning to drive economic and social
transformation. The program operates across the full FSTC (Future Skills,
Transition & Career) continuum from exploration to growth across ITI, NSTI,
and VTI models.


About the Role


This role exists to ensure the quality, coherence, and pedagogical
integrity of all learning experiences developed for the Youth Program. The
Coordinator will act as the internal instructional owner of content by
critically reviewing and improving externally developed materials, ensuring
they meet pedagogical standards, learner needs, and program goals, and
independently developing or revising content when required.


Beyond instructional ownership, the role coordinates the end-to-end
content development process, including management of projects, vendors,
budgets, and digital content infrastructure to ensure smooth and timely
delivery of high-quality learning materials aligned to the FSTC learner journey
and contextually adapted across program models.


Role Description


1. Instructional Content
Oversight & Development


This is the core function of the role. The Coordinator is accountable
for the instructional quality of all content, whether produced by vendors or
developed in-house.


Vendor Content Review


·
Review vendor-developed content in detail and evaluate alignment with learning
objectives, pedagogy, and learner context.


·
Identify gaps, weak design, or contextual mismatches and provide structured,
actionable feedback.


·
Recommend and follow through on restructuring, rewriting, or redesign where
needed.


·
Ensure all content meets Quest Alliance’s quality matrix, design standards, and
style guidelines.


·
Collaborate with subject matter experts to verify accuracy and validate final
content before go-live.


·
Conduct periodic reviews of existing content for updates and improvements.


Independent Content Development


·
Develop or revise instructional content independently, including creating
missing content, fixing weak sections, or stepping in to meet urgent timelines.


·
Adapt content for improved clarity, usability, and learner relevance across
digital, facilitator-led, and self-paced formats.


Learning Design & Product
Support


·
Design blended learning modules, storyboards, and card-based activities across
formats and FSTC journey stages: Exploration, Readiness, and Growth.


·
Embed gender-transformative design principles, future skills such as AI
awareness and green skills, and contextual adaptation across ITI, NSTI, VTI,
and Women & Work models.


·
Prototype tools and templates, and collaborate with the product team on
usability and user experience.


·
Incorporate feedback from pilots, field visits, and reviews into iterative
content refinement.


2. Project Coordination &
Stakeholder Management


·
Define scope, objectives, timelines, SOPs, and RACIs for content development
projects.


·
Maintain project trackers, monitor milestones, flag risks, and ensure timely
delivery.


·
Onboard and manage vendors and consultants, conduct check-ins, and address
issues proactively.


·
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth,
gap-free execution.


3. Content Management &
Digital Infrastructure


·
Maintain content repositories such as Drive, CMS, and Quest App with clear
naming conventions, categorization, and version control to prevent duplication.


·
Manage the Quest App content repository and oversee migration to new and
microlearning platforms.


·
Manage source file versions and identify, log, and resolve content bugs
systematically.


4. Vendor & Budget
Management


·
Participate in vendor selection and manage onboarding, performance monitoring
against KPIs, and issue resolution.


·
Develop and manage content development budgets, track spend, flag overruns, and
prepare financial reports.


·
Collaborate with the Finance and Admin team on contracts, payments, amendments,
and closures.


5. Additional Responsibilities


·
Support bug identification and resolution across content platforms.


·
Use AI-based tools to support and speed up content development where relevant.


·
Run basic accuracy, functionality, and tracking checks before content goes
live.


Required Skills and Experience


Education & Experience


·
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Language Learning, Design, or a
related discipline.


·
2–4 years of relevant experience in instructional design, content development,
or learning experience design.


·
Proven experience in project coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder
engagement.


·
Prior experience in facilitation, online and offline, is preferred.


Technical Skills


·
Proficiency in instructional design is mandatory.


·
Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite, and Canva.


·
Strong knowledge of AI-based and future-facing content generation tools, including
generative AI for text, visuals, and rapid prototyping, is highly desired;
active users are preferred.


·
Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital repositories, version control, and
microlearning formats is preferred.

Salary:


The pay band for the position starts at Rs 60,000/- per month (cost to
company) (The salary offered will be commensurate


with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
