Job Objective:

Maintains over 1,000 naming recognition opportunities, including production, installation, and coordination with vendors and facilities. Assists in the creation, development, and publishing of Eisenhower Health Foundation marketing materials. Researches attractive opportunities of recognition for personalized donor presentations. Essential Responsibilities

1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Assists with organizing the creation, design, development, and publishing of Eisenhower Health Foundation marketing materials.
3. Assists in writing, publishing, and producing recognition and communication materials for Eisenhower Foundation.
4. Maintains over 1,000 naming opportunities, including production, installation, and coordination with vendors and facilities.
5. Uses an understanding of the Major Gift Officer’s jobs and methods of operation to deliver concepts and individualized recognition plans for donors by researching content.
6. Coordinates with designers, vendors, and facilities to ensure timely and accurate recognition installation. This includes internal and external naming opportunities, donor panels, and plaques.
7. Edits and proofreads content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
8. Assures cost-effectiveness of all communications materials.
9. Identifies and coordinates various creative resources (e.g., photographers, graphic artists, printers, sign makers, promotional material suppliers) in producing a wide variety of communications projects.
10. Coordinates video and photo assignments performed by outside vendors, supplies images in support of various publications.
11. Coordinates multi-phase projects and balances multiple concurrent priorities.
12. Holds vendors accountable for timely service and quality.
13. Keeps donor files up to date and files appropriate correspondence for each donor/prospect.
14. Prepares purchase orders, check requests, and reconciles invoices.
15. Performs concise data entry relating to recognition and file maintenance in Foundation database.
16. Maintains awareness and proficiency in current trends and practices in fundraising and
healthcare issues (including political and technological); develops and maintains an acute awareness of the interests, needs, and sensitivities among the Foundation's various audiences.
17. Conducts research on relevant topics and trends to inform content strategy.
18. Organizes and writes information in a clear and concise manner, emphasizing Associated Press style.
19. Supports special events including the Foundation’s involvement in externally sponsored or community events.
20. Performs other duties as assigned.
