Who You Are

The Client Experience and Events Coordinator acts as the primary point-of-contact for DIRTT clients and visitors at DIRTT Experience Centers (DXCs). This includes coordinating client events, factory and showroom tours, travel arrangements, meal reservations, and other activities which enable DIRTT to best serve our clientele.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide the highest quality client experience to guests visiting the DIRTT Experience Center (DXC) by coordinating, facilitating, and hosting client tours and events that occur onsite, offsite and virtually. Activities include but are not limited to: facility set up and tear down for internal/external events and client visits (some events may occur after hours); liaising with in-house catering to coordinate meal requirements; sending and tracking of invitations; managing internal scheduling for client tours; making meal or activity reservations and coordination of travel arrangements; managing external vendors/venues for events; post-tour satisfaction surveys.
  • Overall management of the DXC – ensuring it’s in perfect working order.
  • Additional duties may be assigned that are reasonably related to the role. Responsibilities may be adjusted or reprioritized in response to evolving business needs, technology, and organizational priorities, while maintaining alignment with the overall scope, purpose, and responsibilities of the position.

  • Tech savvy with a strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technical skills.

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
