About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of project team priorities through coordination, organisation, and process support. You will work across a range of tasks, ensuring information flows smoothly, deadlines are met, and stakeholders are supported.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enabling your team to deliver outcomes that contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

The appointing salary for this role is $67,442 – $81,680 based on experience ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.

You will bring:

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience in financial tracking, budget tracking, and supporting review cycles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships across teams
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate information and processes
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and planning capability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolset, especially excel

  • You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application
