
Job Designation: Coordinator
The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Management Development Programmes (MDPs) and Corporate Training initiatives under the Centre for Executive Education (CEE). The role involves close coordination with faculty, Heads of Departments, and corporate clients to design, launch, and manage both open and customized training programmes delivered in classroom, online, and off-site formats.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Design & Development:
Develop broad outlines for various Management Development Programmes using internet research and academic sources.
Work closely with faculty members to conceptualize and design open MDPs.
Prepare programme structures, schedules, and learning frameworks.
Coordinate preparation of programme brochures and support their launch.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with the HOD, CEE to communicate with existing and prospective clients for MDP mandates.
Liaise with corporate clients to understand training requirements and design customized MDPs.
Maintain follow-ups on enquiries and leads related to MDPs and Corporate Training programmes.
Communicate effectively with HR and Operations Heads regarding Learning & Development needs.
Programme Execution & Operations:
Plan, roll out, and manage end-to-end operations of MDPs including:
In-class programmes
Online programmes
Off-site / in-company programmes
Coordinate schedules, sessions, faculty engagement, and logistics.
Manage ongoing projects and ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
Assessments & Certification:
Coordinate pre-test and post-test assessments for MDP participants.
Support Action Learning Projects and follow through on evaluations.
Ensure timely completion of certification processes for participants.
Communication & Documentation:
Draft and manage professional email communication with faculty, clients, and participants.
Prepare programme-related documentation, reports, and records.
Ensure effective written and verbal communication in English.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized statutory University.
Master’s Degree in Management, Education, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in coordinating Management Development Programmes, Executive Education, or Corporate Training.
Exposure to working with academic institutions and corporate clients is desirable.
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of Management Development Programmes and Executive Education.
Excellent coordination, planning, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, especially professional email communication.
Ability to work closely with faculty, senior academic leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working independently and handling multiple programmes simultaneously.
