The Coordinator, Business Transformation Center of Excellence works closely with colleagues at all levels within the Global Strategy Planning and Marketing function, and with stakeholders in other functions across CooperVision. Key areas of focus are to support the coordination of cross functional alignment on A.I., Divisional prioritization and planning of our key initiatives, Customer Experience and Purchase Order (PO) administration.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of the intake process for CVI divisional initiatives – aligning with other intake processes as required, ensuring it runs smoothly with high-levels of visibility and communication
  • Contribute to the creation and the execution of the divisional Business Case and Value assessment process for key initiatives that need to be tracked at the global leve
  • Build and maintain effective transformation value/performance dashboards so that the visibility of transformation initiatives is high with key leadership teams
  • Build and maintain collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint to allow for efficient collaboration across teams
  • Assist the functional head in managing internal transformation communications
  • Support the functional head in the execution of all stages of CVI’s annual Long Range Planning process
  • Organizes in-person departmental meetings and meetings for the cross-functional Transformation & Improvement Community of Practice
  • Manages related purchase orders (POs) and receiving invoices in Oracle to ensure vendors are paid on time. This includes setting up new vendors in Oracle as needed (20% of time in steady state)
  • Maintain and evolve the business transformation and continuous improvement support tools

Travel

  • No significant travel. Occasional requirements to attend offsite meetings.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience working with stakeholders in fast paced dynamic environments
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office tools especially SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior project management experience preferred
  • Associate’s degree or commensurate education is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Able to work long periods of time in a normal office environment, while sitting and working on a computer.
  • Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $62,353.00 and $71,916.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
