Job Summary: The Coordinator – Ambulatory Facilities & Business Operations provides operational, administrative, and project coordination support for ambulatory facilities, lease administration, business licensing, compliance activities, and facility-related initiatives. The position serves as a central point of coordination for project documentation, occupancy records, operational reporting, vendor communications, regulatory tracking, and departmental records management. The Coordinator partners with operational leaders and stakeholders to support efficient, compliant, and organized ambulatory operations. Performs other duties as needed.
Education and Experience: Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Finance, Operations Management, or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, business operations, project coordination, facilities administration, compliance support, office administration, or a related field required. Experience supporting projects, maintaining operational records, coordinating vendors, preparing reports, managing documentation, and working within healthcare or regulated environments preferred. Five (5) years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of the required Associate degree.
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of business operations, project coordination, records management, lease administration, regulatory compliance processes, budgeting support, and office administration practices. Able to read, write, and speak with professional quality; use computer and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, databases, and reporting tools); operate standard office equipment; and prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents. Able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization; coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; maintain accurate records and documentation; collect, organize, and analyze operational information; exercise sound judgment; work independently; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, customer service, interpersonal, communication, and project coordination skills.
Licensures and Certifications: Certification in Project Management, Business Administration, Lean Six Sigma, Facility Management, or related
