Job Description

Summary: Works with advertising and media agencies to produce, traffic, order and place all advertising, direct mail, signage, and promotional collateral. Acts as the primary point person for all internal creative requests. Assists the Advertising, PR, and Digital Marketing Manager with development of advertising strategies. Supports the Digital Marketing Specialist with social campaigns and website content updates.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for receiving and logging all creative requests and for seamless communication between marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure high quality and timely output in-line with requestor specifications.
• Ensures adherence to brand guidelines across physical and digital property assets.
• Assists in coordinating advertising and media agency efforts.
• Opens, traffics and orders all advertising jobs and ensures timely delivery.
• Proactively maintains the flow of information between internal stakeholders and the external creative agency to ensure the accuracy of all marketing, direct mail and promotional campaign collateral.
• Responsible for all on property signage and electronic signage.
• Works with purchasing and outside vendors to ensure we are securing the best pricing while within brand standard on all printed materials.
• Reviews invoicing for accuracy and processes invoices to ensure timely payment of advertising vendors.
• Assists the Digital Marketing Specialist with coordinating creative assets and scheduling content across target social media communities to build brand presence and leverage strategic partnerships
• Assists with website content updates.
• Attends work events as needed, including occasional night/weekend/holiday availability.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of agency experience or related field preferred.
• Creative thinker.
• Must have experience with Google Workspace.
• Casino marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Attention to detail.
• Work well in a self-directed environment.

• Must be able to use a computer and a telephone.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
