Signal of Montana is looking for an Administrative Coordinator
This position will be part to full time depending on the growing needs of the company and tasks taken on. This is a weekday in office job. Hours/schedule can be customized to accomodate a unique schedule.

Tasks/ Duties of the position.
- Receive, Sort, Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Working with Operations Coordinators to verify employee onboarding information and paperwork
- Calling / Emailing clients for data checking and invoice follow ups. (ensuring correct data in our systems)
- Assisting with Social Media Posting weekly
- Assiting with recognition programs for officers
- Assisting with updating of job postings and hiring funnels
- Handle Client retention packages / gift programs. (ie make goody bags)
- Help with general office tasks like ordering paper, supplies, uniforms to each location, etc.
Who is an Administrative Coordinator?
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for accurate and timely administrative office
functions including but not limited to: creating schedules, reviewing hours, applicant screening,
new hire processing, report approval, payroll processing, invoicing, collections, and office file
management. The position will also be responsible for providing general support to the CEO.

Normal office environment. Occasional overtime may be required and/or hours may be shortened as business needs dictate.
Physical Demands:
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity
