Job Description

To provide centralized control, monitoring, and governance over Accounts Payable operations by ensuring accuracy in invoice processing, compliance with payment controls, adherence to statutory requirements, and achievement of financial KPIs (DPO, compliance, and operational efficiency).
The role ensures proactive monitoring, risk identification, root cause analysis, and coordination with GCC, Area, P2P, Treasury, and Procurement teams to prevent errors, avoid compliance risks, and improve process efficiency across regions.

  • Manual Payment Monitoring

  • Vendor Reconciliation Monitoring

  • Vendor Debit Balance Control

  • DPO Monitoring & Management

  • ICCL Compliance Monitoring

  • Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

Success Criteria for Position:

  • Planning and Organizations Ability

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Good Team Player

  • Positive and Proactive Approach

  • 4-5 years industry experience in Shipping Industry.

  • Basic Computer Skills

  • Expertise in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint

  • Hands on Experience in SAP ERP
