Job Description:

Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Working closely with team members and other departments, you will support accurate order fulfillment, uphold safety standards, and drive process improvements to maximize efficiency. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the Department Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize various technology platforms and data management systems to support warehouse operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within your department, providing guidance and expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Communicate business updates and concerns to supervisors, managers, and fellow team members.
• Participate in department meetings and work with the training team to develop associates.
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in other departments as needed based on business demands.
• Maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
• Be flexible and willing to work overtime during peak seasons or as business needs arise.

What You Bring

• Ability to work across multiple departments when needed.
• Readiness to oversee department operations in the absence of a Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining daily and weekly reports.
• Ability to track and communicate supply needs for processing stations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Occasional bending, stooping, or kneeling may be required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts, apart from scheduled breaks.

Salary Range $20.19 - $22.60*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
