Shipping Coordinator

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure the timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation.
• Schedule shipments with carriers and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in SAP.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound logistics in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

TRAINING AND SKILLS

• Forklift certification required.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
