Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Department: Corporate – Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a crucial member of our recruitment team, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple PMC cities. This role ensures smooth and efficient experience for candidates and associates by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and effectively managing recruitment activities.

Primary Objective
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support staffing needs, new account openings, and ongoing talent operations across the organization. This role partners with site leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute strategic hiring plans, ensuring full coverage and compliance with company and legal standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing Support
Collaborate with site leadership to assess staffing needs, execute strategic hiring plans, and support new account openings. Manage recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, scheduling, and overseeing communication throughout the hiring process. Participate in district meetings to monitor staffing levels and maintain accurate rosters.

Onboarding and New Hire Experience
Facilitate the complete onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment screenings, I-9s, E-Verify, and required documentation. Lead orientation sessions, resolve onboarding issues, and oversee On-the-Job Training (OJT) to provide a seamless new hire experience.

Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all hiring practices follow legal requirements and company policies. Review Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs), background checks, and manage approvals for start dates, rehires, and candidate progress. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance throughout the hiring process.

Communication and Stakeholder Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership, managers, candidates, and associates, providing timely updates and clear communication regarding onboarding, screenings, and staffing needs. Support managers in filling key roles while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Data Management and Reporting
Collect, track, and analyze recruitment and onboarding data to ensure accurate reporting and identify trends. Provide insights to help managers and leadership make informed staffing decisions while resolving any data discrepancies.

Administrative Support
Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, new hire paperwork, and other administrative tasks. Provide backup support to recruiters and corporate staff to ensure smooth operations within the Talent Acquisition department.

Continuous Improvement
Meet regularly with site leadership to assess future staffing needs and collaborate on strategic workforce planning. Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and contribute to the development of enhanced policies and procedures that support efficient, compliant hiring practices.

Travel and Communication
Due to the geographic scope of the role, travel may be required up to 75% of the time, focusing on site visits to oversee performance, address challenges, and support new account launches. Ongoing communication is essential, and the Regional Manager provides consistent updates and performance insights into leadership. In some cases, the Manager may need to use a personal cell phone to manage operational matters effectively.

Additional Responsibilities
Other tasks may be assigned as needed to support the company’s overall operational and financial objectives, with the expectation that the management remains flexible and responsive to evolving business needs. Attend required staff meetings and complete assigned training modules in a timely manner.

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
The candidate must have the capability to dissect complex data and situations, particularly related to revenue and payroll. This includes pinpointing and rectifying discrepancies in revenue reporting, unraveling the root causes of operational inefficiencies, and creating effective solutions to boost performance.

Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of experience in onboarding, recruiting, or hourly staffing, preferably in high-growth environments. A background in customer service, hospitality, human resources, or similar fields is preferred.

Knowledge of legal employment requirements, including I-9 and E-Verify.

Certificates and Licenses
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period. Candidates must also pass and maintain a clean background check. No special certifications are necessary for this position.

Work Environment
The work environment for this role includes both indoor and outdoor settings, requiring collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients on-site and in corporate environments. Associates may frequently use computers, communicate via phone, and perform duties in or around corporate office settings.

Physical Demands
Requirements may include extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to lift moderate weights when necessary. Specific vision abilities—close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustments—may be required to ensure on-site awareness and safety.

Cell Phone Use
Employees may be required to use personal cell phones for work-related communication, including coordination with team members, managers, and clients, as well as accessing work applications. Reimbursement for work-related phone usage will follow company policy.

Employee at Will
Employment with PMC is on an at-will basis, meaning either the employee or the employer may end the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable laws. A 120-day introductory period applies.

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), meaning employees in this role are not eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate. PMC adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local wage and overtime laws, ensuring that compensation complies with these legal standards. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for your specific work location.
