Coordination Supervisor – Homecare | $80K–$100K/Year + Commission

About the Role

You'll own the coordination engine of a homecare department — the person who keeps staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations running without a hitch. This is a hands-on leadership role where you build the team, set the policies, and make sure every client gets the right care at the right time. You'll report directly to the Director of Coordination and be accountable for the department's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage the department's staff, including hiring, firing, and training
• Report to the Director of Coordination on the status of the department

Scheduling & Client Care

• Schedule client appointments and ensure each is met with the appropriate level of care
• Ensure clients are satisfied with the services they receive

Operations & Oversight

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and keep everything running smoothly
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures
• Monitor the department budget and ensure it's used effectively
• Availability to work late hours when the role requires it

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare management is a must
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
