We are looking for a Coordination of Foreman join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the Head of Production Composites
You will be responsible to coordinate foreman activities, to steer production processes assigned to your department aiming at achieving assigned objectives: productivity (volumes and costs), Continuous Improvement, Technical KPIs (as OEE), quality KPIs, cross-functional Production Workshop, injuries prevention, health status (ASPP role in the department).
• Production teams coordination of Foreman activities, aiming at achieve department objectives: Productivity, continuous improvement and problem solving, Technical and Quality KPIs, Injuries prevention, Health status;
• QRK coordination;
• Participate to the Plant Rolling Meeting for the Production Volumes managed by Program Planning;
• Participate to the quality escalation meeting;
• Workforce planning in teams, in compliance of MPP KPI’s defined by Industrial Engineering;
• Planning of the temporary workers flow in cooperation whit HR dep. and external agency;
• Daily Production Meeting for alignment on production issues:
o Activities planning & organization;
o Sharing of information and alignment;
o Problem and issues identification to discuss possible solutions;
• Awareness and knowledge of:
o Production flows, processes and products;
o Company organization & procedures;
o risks connected to activities, equipment and tools used in your department;
o Health management program;
o Ideas management program promoting;
o LPS (Lamborghini Production System);
• Supporting Foreman for definition development plans in terms of competences;
• Equipment analysis and problem solving processes with Maintenance & Manufacturing Engineering;
• Production reference for several Product improvement Meeting, as:
o Set meetings (Model Line);
o Schadentisch Functional, Aesthetical, Field;
o Models Sub Projects Rolling Meetings;
• Responsible for Production University for Special Project;
• ASPP for the department.
