Job Description

A homecare company is seeking a Coordination Supervisor to be responsible for the overall coordination of the homecare department. This includes managing the staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that the department runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Availability to work late hours
• Manage the staff of the homecare department, including hiring, firing, and training employees.
• Schedule appointments for clients and ensure that they are met with the appropriate level of care.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the homecare department, including ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services they receive.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the homecare department.
• Monitor the budget for the homecare department and ensure that it is being used effectively.
• Report to the CEO on the status of the homecare department.

Qualifications:

• Experience in homecare management is a must.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $80k - $100k/Year + Commission
