About the Role
This role is built for someone who can keep patient service operations running smoothly while keeping the human side front and center. You'll lead a team of coordinators, fix staffing inefficiencies that drive up overtime, and turn data into decisions that improve both patient retention and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of 6+ coordinators
• Create performance metrics and incentive programs to drive team success

Patient Service & Retention

• Oversee patient service delivery and caregiver coordination
• Improve patient satisfaction and retention through enhanced service processes

Staffing & Operations

• Develop staffing strategies to reduce overtime costs and improve efficiency
• Partner with HR and recruiting teams to forecast staffing needs and demographic requirements
• Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
