We are seeking a dynamic professional in supply chain coordination to define and steer the supply chain performance for the Beyond Road business line. You willbe responsible forsupplyallocation in support of the business. You will play a key role in advancing Michelin’s commitment to people, profit, and the planet bybringing to beardata-driven supply chain processes in support of our diverse business line. This position is part of an accelerated development program built to strengthen your technical foundation, broaden your experience, and prepare you for rapid career growth. We are looking for a passionate emerging leader who is eager to develop specializedexpertise, tackle increasing responsibility, andultimately contributeas a Leader in Michelin’s global Supply Chain Team.

Our goal is to develop this individual into a high-impact international leader within Michelin’s Supply Chain and Logistics community.

What youwill do

  • The Supply Chain Coordinator playsa central rolein the commercial and operational performance of the Business Line.

  • Their main responsibilities include:

  • Identifyingand capturing short- and medium-term commercial opportunities in close collaboration with the sales teams,

  • Ensuring product availability by taking all necessary actions to meet commitments,

  • Optimizingsupply chain performance within their area of responsibility through targeted improvement initiatives (short and medium term) to maximize sales and customer satisfaction,

  • Maintaining a strategic balance between service, inventory, costs, and carbon footprint, in line with Michelin Groupobjectives,

  • Acting as a trusted partner to central commercial management for the relevant business segment, serving as the primary supply chain point of contact.

What you will bring

  • Experience:minimum of 2 years in supply chain management. Progressive leadership career growth is a plus.

  • Collaboration:Ability to work transparently within crossfunctionalteams and engage various stakeholders across the Business Line supply chain and other Michelin Group entities, especially Sales.

  • Communication:Strong presentation and effective verbal communication skills required

  • Analytical skills:Ability to understand complex cross-functional challenges, conduct in-depth analyses, and lead problemsolvinginitiatives.

  • Leadership and initiative:High levelof autonomy and proactivity inidentifyingopportunities and implementing solutions. Unwavering commitment to mentorship and Team development.

  • Customer focus:Commitment to supporting colleagues and resolving issues that directly impactcustomer satisfaction.

  • International mindset:Motivation to thrive in an international environment and adapt to diverse cultural and business contexts.

  • Language skills:Proficiencyin French and English—primarily spoken and ideally written—is essential for effective communication with international stakeholders.

  • BachelorsDegree in Business, Engineering or related fieldrequired
