STILL, recrute en CDI un.e Coordinateur.trice Atelier à Eckbolsheim (67).
Concrètement, quelles sont vos principales missions ? :
Acteur.rice principal.e au sein du service, vous serez en charge de :
- Animer l’équipe des Techniciens d’Atelier.
- Assurer la planification, le suivi et le contrôle des préparations de chariots.
- Traiter les commandes de pièces détachées en achats externes auprès des fournisseurs.
- Contribuer à l’optimisation de la gestion du parc dit « occasion » et du parc location courte durée.
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement de l’atelier et au respect des règles de sécurité en vigueur.
Nos Avantages et Rémunérations :
Rémunération brute entre 36 500 et 40 400 euros (fixe + variable) sur 13 mois, selon profil (Cotation D8-29 Convention Collective Nationale de la Métallurgie), statut non-cadre

Qui êtes vous ?
- De formation technique Bac +2 vous justifiez d’une expérience d’animation d’équipe dans un environnement technique (vente & installation d’équipements techniques, SAV, ou Service Clients), de préférence au sein d'un atelier.
- Vous êtes reconnus pour votre relationnel et votre capacité à dynamiser une équipe.
- Vous êtes réactif.
- Vous avez un réel esprit d'équipe et une capacité à fédérer.
