Un jour chez MKS:

Nous recherchons un Coordinateur HSE HF/ en CDD à partir d'avril (négociable) pour une durée d'environ 6 mois basé(e) sur notre site industriel de La Boulonnie, en Charente (à environ 30 minutes de Limoges), vous évoluez dans un environnement industriel dynamique, structuré autour de standards groupe exigeants et d’outils performants. Rattaché( e) à Antonio, Manager HSE, vous intervenez comme un acteur clé de la démarche HSE du site, en lien étroit avec les équipes locales et le niveau corporate.

Et demain, vous contribuerez à notre succès en :

  • Déployer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie HSE Groupe et les standards corporate sur le site
  • Décliner les initiatives groupe en plans d’actions opérationnels
  • Participer à la définition et au pilotage de la démarche Santé, Sécurité et Environnement du site
  • Identifier, évaluer et contribuer à la réduction des risques et dangers
  • Piloter, mettre à jour et suivre le plan d’action sécurité
  • Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs HSE
  • Promouvoir et animer la culture sécurité auprès des équipes
  • Réaliser les analyses d’accidents du travail et actions de prévention
  • Participer aux audits internes, organiser les audits externes et assurer la conformité réglementaire
  • Interagir avec les autorités, prestataires et parties prenantes externes
  • Participer aux réunions de management et aux groupes de travail HSE
  • Réaliser le reporting HSE du site au groupe

Votre profil:

  • Expérience de 3 à 4 ans minimum en HSE, idéalement en environnement industriel
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, SAP apprécié (ou ERP équivalent)
  • Anglais intermédiaire nécessaire pour les échanges avec le groupe
  • Profil proactif, autonome, orienté terrain, structuration et amélioration continue

A Day at MKS:

We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator (M/F) on a fixed-term contract, starting from April (negotiable) for a duration of approximately 6 months.

Based at our industrial site of La Boulonnie, in Charente (around 30 minutes from Limoges), you will work in a dynamic industrial environment, structured around demanding Group standards and high‑performance tools.

Reporting to Antonio, HSE Manager, you will play a key role in the site’s HSE approach, working closely with local teams and the corporate level.

And tomorrow, you will contribute to our success by:

  • Deploying and implementing the Group HSE strategy and corporate standards on site
  • Translating Group initiatives into operational action plans
  • Contributing to the definition and governance of the site’s Health, Safety and Environment approach
  • Identifying, assessing, and contributing to the reduction of risks and hazards
  • Leading, updating, and monitoring the site safety action plan
  • Tracking and communicating HSE performance indicators
  • Promoting and driving a strong safety culture across teams
  • Conducting workplace accident investigations and preventive actions
  • Participating in internal audits, organizing external audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Interacting with authorities, service providers, and external stakeholders
  • Participating in management meetings and HSE working groups
  • Carrying out site HSE reporting to the Group

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in HSE, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Good command of IT tools; SAP preferred (or equivalent ERP experience)
  • Intermediate level of English required for interactions with Group stakeholders
  • Proactive, autonomous profile, with a strong field‑oriented mindset and a focus on structuring and continuous improvement
