Tu misión será liderar un equipo entre 8 y 10 personas, haciendo seguimiento de sus resultados y ayudándoles a conseguir sus metas mediante auditorias y coaching.
La misión de tu equipo es recobrar la deuda y activar palancas que ayuden a llegar a acuerdos de pago satisfactorios para ambas partes, fidelizando a nuestros clientes.

Resolución de posibles incidencias
Auditorias y coaching
Experiencia en departamentos comerciales, de retención o de gestión de cobros.
Experiencia gestionando equipos al menos 1 año
Acostumbrado/a liderar equipos pequeños
Habilidad negociadora
Conocimientos avanzados paquete office
Salario fijo + variable
