Misión del puesto:
Liderar y desarrollar para la Categoría asignada estrategias omnicanal alineadas al brand plan y ability to win del canal/cliente, desde un punto de vista global de la categoría, mercado y shopper, así como aprovechar oportunidades de comercialización, comunicación y ejecución de nuestras marcas/productos que sean relevantes para nuestros consumidores, esto se logra a través del desarrollo y la implementación de iniciativas de merchandising cruzado, promociones in-pack, activaciones de puntos de venta, tailored made SKUs , merchandising & trade events para lograr generar el mayor crecimiento en sell out, lograr nuestros objetivos de SO/SI y SOM, maximizar el crecimiento de los clientes y construir la relevancia de las Categorías y sus marcas en el punto de Venta.
