We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Personnel Services Coordinator to lead and oversee various critical aspects of industrial operations within manufacturing environments. T he ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of industrial canteens, including current regulations, NOM 251, as well as significant experience in personnel transportation services and uniform delivery to manufacturing personnel Additionally, the candidate should possess strong personnel supervising skills, high negotiation abilities, and the capacity to effectively handle labor union relationships. A comprehensive knowledge of labor relations and human resources, along with the ability to travel for extended periods, is also crucial for this role.

  • Serve as the primary expert in industrial canteens, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.

  • Oversee and manage personnel transportation services within manufacturing plants, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage the delivery of uniforms to manufacturing personnel, maintaining a seamless and reliable process.

  • Lead and manage the suppliers, providing guidance, support, and direction to optimize performance and productivity.

  • Utilize high negotiation skills to handle various business and labor-related matters effectively.

  • Foster positive and productive relationships with labor unions, handling interactions in a professional and constructive manner.

  • Apply a strong understanding of labor relations and human resources to address employee-related issues and drive a positive work environment.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey key information effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports to communicate critical insights and drive informed decision-making.

  • Efficiently manage time and schedules, ensuring smooth operations and optimal resource allocation.

  • Adapt to organizational changes with resilience and agility.

  • Apply strong decision-making skills to address complex challenges and critical operational issues.

  • Analyze statistical data to generate informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in operations.

  • Assure Compliance for each service according to the scope of work, company strategy, customer needs and production patterns.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven expertise in industrial canteens, personnel transportation services, and uniform delivery within manufacturing environments.

  • Demonstrated personnel management skills and experience in labor relations and human resources matters.

  • Negotiation, communication, and executive reporting skills.

  • Ability to adapt to organizational changes and make informed decisions based on statistical data.
