Buscamos un profesional que contribuya a garantizar la continuidad operativa de nuestros programas de Partnerships y Grupo, asegurando procesos eficientes, escalables y orientados al servicio.
¿Cuál será tu reto?
Liderar el seguimiento y control de los procesos operativos recurrentes, asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA, gestionar incidencias y participar en la implementación de nuevos negocios, facilitando una transición exitosa hacia la operación diaria.
Monitorear y dar seguimiento a los procesos operativos de Partnerships y Grupo.
Elaborar reportes ejecutivos e indicadores para la toma de decisiones.
Coordinar la atención y resolución de incidencias operativas.
Participar en la implementación de nuevos negocios, asegurando la definición de procesos, controles y entregables.
Gestionar requerimientos mediante herramientas como Jira o ServiceNow y coordinar iniciativas con áreas de negocio, operaciones y tecnología.
Monitorear indicadores operativos, SLA y niveles de servicio con socios estratégicos.
Documentar procesos, casos de uso y esquemas operativos para impulsar la estandarización y escalabilidad del negocio.
Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas, Contables o afines.
Más de 5 años de experiencia en operaciones Affinity, implementación de negocios o gestión operativa en el sector asegurador.
Experiencia en análisis y manejo de bases de datos masivas.
Conocimiento de seguros Affinity, distribución digital y procesos operativos.
Manejo de herramientas como Excel, Power BI, Project, PowerPoint y plataformas de gestión de proyectos.
Conocimiento de integraciones tecnológicas (API, batch, web services, validadores).
Pensamiento analítico, orientación a la solución de problemas y excelente capacidad de coordinación.
