¿Te apasiona la gestión operativa, la mejora de procesos y el sector asegurador? En Prudential buscamos un/a Coordinador(a) de Operaciones Affinity que garantice la correcta ejecución de los procesos de emisión, cobranza, compensaciones y control operativo de nuestro negocio Affinity.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Asegurar la operación eficiente y oportuna de los programas Affinity mediante la implementación de controles, el seguimiento a indicadores clave y la coordinación con áreas internas y socios comerciales para garantizar altos estándares de servicio. .
Diseñar e implementar controles para monitorear los procesos de emisión y cobranza.
Coordinar la ejecución y pago de compensaciones a socios, brokers y agentes.
Dar seguimiento a procesos de conciliación contable y bancaria para asegurar la correcta aplicación de la información financiera.
Atender auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con la operación Affinity.
Monitorear indicadores operativos, niveles de servicio (SLA) y generar estadísticas para impulsar la mejora continua.
Colaborar con equipos de Tecnología, Operaciones, Comercial y socios estratégicos para implementar mejoras en procesos y sistemas.
Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas, Contables o afines.
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en operaciones de seguros Affinity.
Conocimiento del sector asegurador y de modelos de distribución digital de seguros.
Experiencia en gestión operativa, conciliaciones, control de procesos y seguimiento de indicadores.
Inglés intermedio para interacción con equipos globales, sistemas y reportes.
