¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Coordinar el desarrollo de arneses eléctricos automotrices, garantizando la ejecución técnica del proyecto.
  • Planificar y liderar el desarrollo de proyectos (arneses eléctricos automotrices).
  • Desarrollar prototipos para validaciones técnicas vehiculares.
  • Especificar y seleccionar componentes.
  • Elaborar y garantizar la exactitud del BOM (Bill of Materials).
  • Elaborar, someter y aprobar DCN (Design Change Notice), BCN (BOM Change Notice) y DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
  • Someter la documentación de PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Solicitar la aprobación de IMDS (International Material Data System).
  • Elaborar documentación técnica de ingeniería (DCN – Design Change Notice, Sign-Off, PPI – Package Part Identification).
  • Brindar asistencia al cliente y soporte a las áreas de manufactura, calidad, logística, control y validación de procesos.
  • Promover la optimización de costos y tecnología (CTO).
  • Coordinar el proceso de Tear Down.

¿Qué espera Lear de ti?

  • Deseable experiencia y conocimiento especializado en proyectos de arneses eléctricos automotrices.
  • Conocimiento técnico: dominio en ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, de software o áreas relacionadas.
  • Herramientas de diseño y modelado: habilidad en el uso de software de diseño asistido por computadora (CAD) y herramientas de modelado 3D para crear y analizar proyectos de arneses eléctricos.
  • Procesos de fabricación: conocimiento sobre procesos de fabricación de arneses eléctricos.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos: competencia para planificar, coordinar y liderar proyectos.
  • Análisis FMEA: habilidad para realizar Análisis de Modos de Falla y Efectos (FMEA) con el fin de identificar y mitigar riesgos en el desarrollo de arneses eléctricos.
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos y liderazgo de equipos.
  • Conocimiento de normas automotrices y procesos de desarrollo (APQP, gateways, etc.).
  • Experiencia con clientes OEM Ford es un diferencial.

Product Design Engineering focuses on designing and developing new or existing products, components, or assemblies including:

  • Applying engineering principles to develop mechanical, electronic, or chemical products that meet customer technical/functional specifications as well as manufacturing cost/efficiency requirements
  • Conducting mathematical modelling to determine if proposed designs are technically feasible
  • Supporting and participating in the design, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototypes
  • May also be involved with designing product specific manufacturing production processes and equipment

Responsibilities

A Team Leader (M2) supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees.

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results
  • Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders
