
Oversees, coordinates, and maintains processes in accordance with Customs legislation, programs, certifications, and logistics laws, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making through processes and systems that enable compliance with the requirements of Customs Authorities and government agencies, as well as BW Saltillo's internal requirements, focusing on legal compliance and the business model.
• Coordination and validation of foreign trade operations (temporary, permanent, and virtual).
• Administration and control of the IMMEX Program and regulatory reports.
• Comprehensive management of Annex 24 and Annex 31 (charges, discharges, reconciliations, and balances).
• Ensuring legal and customs compliance with the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the Ministry of Economy.
• Handling audits, reviews, and requests from authorities.
• Coordination with customs agencies and brokers.
• Support for compliance standards such as Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) when applicable.
