This includes ensuring no discrepancies between requirements and stocked consumables, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. Compliance with corporate audits, GMPs, and GRIN policies is also required. Receiving: Coordinate and supervise the receiving activities of various consumables with suppliers serving Grin Laboratories.
2. Inventory Control: Responsible for the control and execution of cyclical and quarterly inventories of the miscellaneous materials warehouse. Additionally, manage the disposal of various consumables in conjunction with the Finance department to maintain inventory accuracy and control. 3. Resource Management: Providing the necessary resources and tools to warehouse staff for the performance of their duties during the receiving, order fulfillment, and delivery of various consumables, as well as the administrative control of personnel according to requirements (attendance, vacations, labor relations, etc.).
