Transformar datos comerciales en insights accionables que habiliten decisiones inteligentes dentro del Digital Sales Framework, integra, depura y consolida información proveniente de diversas fuentes internas y externas (sell‑in, sell‑out, precios, market data, rentabilidad y ejecución comercial) para generar una visión unificada y confiable del desempeño comercial, a través del uso avanzado de analítica, automatización y modelos predictivos, así como mediante la adopción de herramientas digitales de nueva generación (Forecasting 2.0, copilotos genAI, analítica e inteligencia artificial). Actúa como socio estratégico del equipo comercial, conectando datos consistentes y predictivos con acciones comerciales de alto impacto para asegurar decisiones ágiles, fundamentadas y alineadas con la estrategia digital de ventas, impulsando la eficiencia comercial, potenciando la colaboración entre equipos y acelerando la transformación digital del negocio.
