This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coordenador(a) Vendas based in Brazil.
As a Coordenador(a) Vendas, you will lead a commercial team and drive sustainable growth across an assigned regional market. You will combine people leadership, strategic account management, business development, and performance management to deliver ambitious sales objectives. The role requires close proximity to customers, the sales pipeline, market dynamics, and the day-to-day execution of the commercial strategy. You will balance retention and expansion of existing accounts with proactive prospecting and new business generation. Working collaboratively across functions, you will translate customer needs into opportunities while supporting strategic negotiations and high-value deals. Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team, ensuring effective execution of regional strategy and achievement of sales targets.
- Manage day-to-day commercial operations, closely monitoring KPIs, targets, sales pipelines, and business performance.
- Balance farmer and hunter activities by strengthening existing customer relationships while actively generating new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, portfolio growth, market development, and entry into new business segments.
- Support the team in strategic negotiations and the development of high-potential commercial opportunities.
- Act as a role model and reference point for the sales team, providing direction, coaching, feedback, and performance follow-up.
- Establish strong commercial discipline and ensure accurate, consistent management of the sales funnel.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to connect customer needs with appropriate solutions and broader business objectives.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors, customer behavior, and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Build and reinforce a high-performance culture focused on sustainable results, accountability, collaboration, and employee development.
- Maintain close relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and business priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Previous professional experience in sales or commercial functions.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating sales teams.
- Experience managing customer portfolios, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities.
- Proven experience working with sales targets, commercial KPIs, pipelines, and performance indicators.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and convert them into measurable business results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership capabilities, including coaching, motivating, developing, and holding team members accountable for performance.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret market and performance data and translate insights into action.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in fuels, lubricants, energy, gas, or related industries is considered an advantage.
- Availability to work across Cascavel, Maringá, and Londrina as required.
