Na posição de Coordenador de Grupos e Eventos, integrará a equipa responsável por conceber e operacionalizar eventos corporativos e grupos turísticos no coração de Lisboa.
Terá como Propósito gerir todo o ciclo de eventos e grupos, desde o contacto comercial, planeamento logístico, definição de orçamentos e contratos, até à supervisão no dia do evento, articulando com departamentos internos e fornecedores externos.
Também otimizará recursos, controlará custos e garantirá uma experiência de cliente consistente.
