About the Role

We are looking for a Business Insights & Commercial Analytics Coordinator – LATAM to lead strategic analyses that connect commercial, financial, and market data, enabling informed business decision-making across the region.

This role will play a key part in generating actionable insights from commercial performance indicators, Sell In, Sell Out, consumption trends, trade investments, and Gross to Net metrics. The position will support the identification of growth opportunities, optimization of commercial investments, and continuous improvement of business performance throughout LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop analytical models and business analyses to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for Commercial, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key commercial performance indicators, including Market Share, consumption trends, profitability, and business KPIs.
  • Support initiatives related to Gross to Net, Trade Investments, and commercial investment effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of dashboards, reports, and data automation solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and local teams to identify business opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions and performance management frameworks.
  • Support projects related to Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Sales Effectiveness, and Revenue Growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Consumer Goods, or Consumer Health industries.
  • Background in Business Insights, Commercial Analytics, Sales Analytics, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Excellence, Sales Intelligence, or related areas.
  • Strong experience in Market Share analysis, Consumer Insights, Category Analytics, and market performance assessment.
  • Proven experience managing and analyzing metrics related to Sell In, Sell Out, consumption trends, commercial performance, and business KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Gross to Net, Trade Investments, and Customer Profitability.
  • Experience working with market data platforms and syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, Dunnhumby, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Data Visualization tools.
  • Experience working in regional and multicultural environments, preferably across LATAM markets.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Conversational Spanish is considered a plus due to frequent interaction with regional teams.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, Brazil.

Como Business Insight & Analytics Specialist, você atuará como a ponte analítica entre o negócio e os dados, desenvolvendo modelos de insights que integrem informações de Sell-In, Sell-Out, Estoque, GTN e A&P em uma visão comercial unificada. Você trabalhará em parceria com equipes multifuncionais para transformar necessidades de negócio em estruturas analíticas escaláveis, gerando insights acionáveis que influenciam decisões comerciais estratégicas em toda a região LATAM.

Esta posição proporcionará a VOCÊ a oportunidade de liderar atividades-chave que impulsionarão sua carreira. Suas responsabilidades incluem:

  • Desenvolver e implementar modelos analíticos que conectem múltiplos domínios de dados comerciais para gerar insights integrados do negócio.
  • Liderar iniciativas de automação e integração de GTN nos mercados da América Latina, promovendo eficiência, transparência e padronização de processos.
  • Definir KPIs regionais, métricas e regras de negócio alinhadas aos objetivos estratégicos da companhia.
  • Realizar análises multidimensionais para identificar oportunidades de crescimento, lacunas de mercado e riscos de performance.
  • Colaborar com especialistas de dados e stakeholders comerciais para transformar questões de negócio em soluções analíticas escaláveis.
  • Liderar projetos regionais de integração de dados e geração de insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão baseada em dados.
  • Promover a adoção de ferramentas analíticas, dashboards e práticas de data storytelling em toda a organização.
  • Fornecer suporte analítico estratégico às equipes regionais, impulsionando a melhoria contínua e resultados mensuráveis para o negócio.

Buscamos profissionais com as seguintes competências para alcançar nossos objetivos:

  • Experiência em empresas dos segmentos FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Consumer Goods ou Consumer Health.
  • Atuação nas áreas de Business Insights, Commercial Analytics, Sales Analytics, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Excellence, Sales Intelligence ou áreas correlatas.
  • Sólida experiência com Market Share, Consumer Insights, Category Analytics e análise de desempenho de mercado.
  • Vivência na gestão e análise de indicadores relacionados a Sell In, Sell Out, consumo, performance comercial e KPIs de negócio.
  • Conhecimento em Gross to Net, Trade Investments e Customer Profitability.
  • Experiência na utilização de ferramentas e bases de dados de mercado, como Nielsen, Dunnhumby ou similares.
  • Conhecimento em Power BI, SAP e ferramentas de Data Visualization.
  • Experiência em ambientes regionais ou multiculturais, com atuação em LATAM.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Espanhol conversacional será considerado um diferencial, devido à interação frequente com equipes em nível regional.
