Cass Clay Creamery/Kemps LLC. located in Fargo, ND - subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) is looking for a full timeCooler Worker to join our team.
Wage $25.01/hour
Shift/Hours 7:30am to 4:00pm: Monday-Friday
**Qualified Candidates must be able to work in cold conditions (33 degrees) for long periods of time and must be able to lift/push/pull at least 70 pounds
Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
To include, but not limited to:
- To help rotate the product and ensure oldest product sent out first (FIFO method).
- Make space available for rotators to put product coming off of productions line.
- Organize work area and help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all Quality, Safety and GMP policies and procedures, to include reporting any nonconformity.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for working efficiently in various processes and procedures involved with loading and unloading trailers.
- Order picking and checking orders for accuracy.
- Ability to drive forklift, pallet jacks and gripper forklifts.
- Palletizing products for trailer orders and cooler inventory overflow.
- Restocking of incoming product and returns
- Maintain first in, first out procedures.
- Ability to work all picking positions and merge pallet building.
- Building of bossy carts and removal of empty milk cases to proper locations.
- Complete weekly, monthly work orders to maintain cooler and equipment cleanliness.
- Follow GMP, SOP’s.
