The Warehouse Cooler/Freezer employee keeps product moving safely and efficiently through our cold-storage warehouse and yard. You will pick customer orders, stage pallets for driver pickup, load and unload trailers, and position trailers in the yard. This role works in temperatures ranging from 45°F to -40°F. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with a good attendance record who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Employee Status: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with occasional overtime and weekend work as business needs require
Salary: Starting $20 per hour, dependent on experience
Location: North Aurora, IL
